The advisory
Direct senior attention for bounded, consequential work.
I founded Junglebrains in 2023 after years in AI research, production automotive systems, enterprise programs, and product leadership. It began with product discovery around adaptive voice interaction and evolved into a vehicle for selective applied-AI advisory and technical work.
Junglebrains is intentionally independent and selective. It complements embedded leadership work with direct senior involvement in bounded questions where product, technology, and organizational context meet.
Why the name?
Intelligence is rarely solitary.
A jungle is alive with many forms of intelligence. No single organism runs it; capability emerges through diversity, feedback, adaptation, competition, and cooperation. “Junglebrains” carries that systems view into technology: intelligence is distributed across people, tools, organizations, and environments.
Nature is inspiration, not a blueprint. Companies do not need to imitate ecosystems literally. But healthy AI products, like healthy ecosystems, depend on relationships, constraints, feedback loops, and the ability to adapt when their environment changes.
In practical work, that perspective means looking beyond the model or interface to the wider system required for an AI product to remain useful: data, workflows, incentives, ownership, operating cost, and the people whose work it changes.
The person behind it
David Scheler
I am a senior AI product and technical program leader with deep roots in Voice and Conversational AI. My career spans machine-learning research, automotive systems, complex enterprise delivery, product and engineering leadership, prototyping, advisory work, and teaching.
Across those settings, the recurring contribution has been the same: connecting product decisions, engineering realities, users, and organizational context when no single discipline holds the whole answer.
